    • All the information provided above by you is correct to the best of your knowledge.
    • All information provided by you will be held by Lisa Newnham ( @ GreenDog Dog Training) securely in line with the guidelines set by GPDR. More Information can be found on our website www.greendogdogtraining.co.uk
    • You agree that Lisa Newnham may need to refer / consult with other professionals such as Vets, CABs or VBs inline with the code of conduct of PACT and ABTC.
    • We teach and promote force free, reward based training. We do not promote ANY AVERSIVE or AGGRESSIVE methods , you will be using food and toys as rewards.
    • Your dog will be on a flat collar or body harness and fixed lead for training. We do not use aversive methods such as check chains, choke collars , shock / spray collars . We do not use flexi leads.
    • Sessions , unless agreed otherwise , should be paid at time of booking. Please see website for full terms and conditions.
    • Lisa Newnham , will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone during sessions but , she cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons, property or dogs during training sessions.
    • If you should have any complaints regarding the services provided by Lisa Newnham , please discuss directly within 7 days of the incident / concern, so they can be resolved . Any issues about professional conduct can be highlighted to her accredited bodies PACT and ABTC.
